Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

Late Post. I know. It's tough these days catching up on what was & did happens! We had a jolly ol' Christmas with the Mitchell-Innes family. It was a full house with lots of little grandchildren running around. I felt right at home! Crackers are huge here. They are cardboard trinkets with a small fire cracker inside. You pull them, and POP! Out comes some small treasures. Dinner was delicious and we had a good time!
New Years was celebrated with the farmers from Elandslaagte and I danced the night away with all the young girls. Apparently the theme was Mama Mia. The soundtrack played well into the night! Tyler bought fireworks and everybody enjoyed watching him shoot off the bottle rockets! Happy Celebrations!

  2. We love Christmas Crackers too! I love seeing all the stuff go flying across plates and the room. Very fun! They have been a tradition at our house for quite a few years. What a fun time!
