Swaziland

Tyler and I were able to take a small trip to Swaziland to get our passports stamped. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a trip of "the unexpected." Going through customs at the border, we discover Tyler had been illegal for 56 days. Whoops. The Result? A R1500 fine, which converts to about $250 US dollars. On we go into Swaziland and the next thing you know we're pulled over for speeding. Here we go again! We paid the fine and continued on down the road. After checking into our B&B and having a nice night, we needed to pull some money out of the ATM. Well, after asking for R1500, we only received R600, which calculates to.... a missing R900. Holy Mashed Potatoes! After waiting a day and a half and driving another 2 1/2 hours, we found the bank, talked to the right person, and were able to get our money back! Doesn't that sound exciting?

Once we settled down after our mishaps, we were able to enjoy our stay. Our second B&B was beautiful. We enjoyed a lovely dinner, toured around the country visiting candle factories, and craft markets. We spent a good amount of time tracking down monkey's as well. Happy Day's in Swaziland! We made it home alive.

This mountain is called Sheba's Breast. Anciently, it was used to punish those who murdered and stole. The king would have his soldiers march those who stole or murdered up this mountain and there the soldiers would push them off the edge. That's quite the fall...
