Dirty Dash 10K Mud Run
This year my siblings and I felt a bit spontaneous and decided we'd sign up for this 6 mile run up and down brutal hills, climbing over muddy walls, jumping over hay bales and running through tires, sloshing through poo and lake water, then sliding down a 200 yard slip n' slide to finish it off. It was up at Soldier Hollow in Midway and a perfect day for running. It was pure awesomeness and hard. We did it though! And we're signing up again next year.

Here is the starting line. They had waves of people going every 20 minutes from 9:30 to 12:00 that morning. There were thousands of people there!!
